The 6 well appointed self-catering suites offer all modern
amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to
the large garden area with private swimming pool from where
you can enjoy striking views of Lion’s Head. The
property is enclosed by a high perimeter wall and also
offers secure parking to ensure absolute peace of mind.
It is ideally located, a few minutes drive from the city
centre and hot spots, including popular beaches (only 2
minute walk away) in Camps Bay and Clifton and the shopping
paradise at the V & A Waterfront.
There are many restaurants and shops as well as Seapoint
promenade that is in walking distance.
We are a great spot for those sunset walks and jogging.

DESCRIPTIONS:
Suite 1
This apartment is located on the first floor and offers a spectacular view
of Lion’s Head. It has a king size bed with an adjacent kitchenette
leading off to a bathroom with shower only. Air-conditioning is provided.
Suite 2
This unit affords a lovely view of Lion’s Head from
its balcony – ideal for romantic dinners or day-break
breakfasts – which leads off the combined kitchen and
lounge area. An air-conditioner is fitted in the lounge/kitchen
area. The large separate bedroom has a king size bed. A sleeper
couch is available in the lounge. It has a full bathroom
with a shower and bath.
Suite 3
This Suite features a separate lounge/kitchen area, bathroom
and bedroom, ideal for families. This Suite can sleep up
to four as it has a king size bed in the bedroom and a
sleeper couch in the lounge. A balcony overlooking the
garden and swimming pool leads from the lounge/kitchen
area, which also has a fireplace for romantic winter snuggle
ups. The bathroom has a bath and shower.
Suite 4
This suite is located on the ground floor. Large doors
lead from the open plan bedroom / lounge area onto a
balcony
with access to the garden and pool area. The suite has
a king size bed with a sleeper couch. Leading off the
bedroom/lounge area is a fully equipped kitchenette with
access to the
bathroom with bath and shower.
Suite 5
For extra privacy, this Suite offers your own garden cottage
with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The
room is accessed directly from the patio and has a king
size bed. From the room leads a fully equipped kitchenette
that allows access to a bathroom with a bath only. A unique
feature of this Suite is that it has an outside shower
leading off the kitchenette. Guests can also dine “alfresco” on
the outside patio.
Suite 6
This grande Suite is located on the ground floor and offers
the ultimate in luxury living covering more than 90 square
metres. The spacious open-plan layout features a designer
kitchen with black marble top dining counter, a separate
dining area that seats 6 people and a large lounge area
with a fireplace that leads onto two adjacent balconies
overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. This is
the only Suite that offers all DSTV channels. The kitchen
is fully equipped and has a five plate hob with eyelevel
oven, large fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Ideal for
romantic encounters, the master bedroom features a king
size bed with a stand-alone signature bath. The en-suite
bathroom has a large shower. This Suite is particularly
suited to the executive business traveller as the dining
area can serve as a make-shift boardroom. Telephone and
fax facilities are easily accessible in the adjacent reception
area.
