This Guest House is just perfect for vacationers who are torn between the wild and beautiful Western Cape landscapes and the temptations of the exciting city of Cape Town. It is a modern Colonial styled villa with B&B and self-catering suites. Situated 20 minutes away from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront along the famous Bloubergstrand beaches that overlook Table Mountain, you will find our fresh water wetland and bird sanctuary, less than 1km from the sea, where flamingoes, pelicans, herons, fish eagles, birds of prey and many other bird species frequent. Our backyard is the entire reserve and each suite offers unspoilt views of Table Mountain. Warm hospitality will top your holiday, business accommodation or conference.

The interior is colorful and elegant. Objects of modern art & stainless steel & well thought out lighting merge into a stately romantic ambiance. The Guest House has 6 Presidential Suites, 1 Executive Family Suite, a Conference Facility & a spacious double volume Dining Area with Casual Bar. Our entrance walks you into a 9 meter Tower flanked by 2 sets of stairways leading to the bridge that takes guests to the 3 upper Presidential Suites. A private Conference facility is also on the premises. The rear of the guest house is Rietvlei Wetland & Bird Sanctuary - home to many bird species. The peace & tranquility is a highlight of the neighborhood.

Having a scrumptious breakfast will get your day off to a good start. There's a Mini, Continental or English Breakfast to choose from. Personally prepared while you wait, or at a set time freshness is guaranteed. We trust you will be back for more. If coffee is all you need and/or a bowl of muesli then each suite has it's own basic self-catering and all you need in the way of convenience.

Designed to make you remember the awesome views of Table Mountain & the Wetland, each suite will allow you to lie in bed and connect with nature. Blue, Lilac, Burnt Orange with Fiery Red, Sage, Caramel & Mushroom colors each add to the modern chic ambiance of Castellon. An open plan arrangement ensure you feel space and a surprise awaits you - find out yourself!

In the Super Luxury Presidential Suite you are bound to feel like royalty. The open plan 55 sqm Suite is on 1st floor, with stunning mountain & wetland views. Full bathroom (bath & shower), Kitchenette, DSTV, DVD/CD Combo, WiFi Internet Access & Air-conditioning. It is possible to add another single bed.

The Presidential Suite in Lime, Sage & Greens finished with dark Mahogany flooring has a rich wood feel straight from Nature. Mushroomed couches popping up around. The open Plan 55 sqm Luxury Suite is on the Ground Floor, with stunning mountain & wetland views. Shower, Kitchenette, DSTV, DVD/CD Combo, WiFi Internet Access. It is possible to add another single bed.

The Executive Family Suite is ideal for a family and has a separate lounge, dining area & kitchenette. Full bathroom with shower over bath. 2 Balconies - 1 over the Entrance & the other overlooking the Swimming Pool. The Main Bedroom has a Queen-size Sleigh Bed & also a queen size sleeper couch. Air-conditioning, DSTV & DVD/CD & Wifi Internet Access.

There is also a  Conference Facility with 2 rooms. Ideal for 4 - 12 persons. The 2nd room can be a private lounge or breakaway room.
