This pleasant holiday townhouse is situated in Milnerton in a security complex - within close proximity to the ocean, restaurants and shops. Woodbridge Island with its beautiful lagoon is only a 5-minute drive and the Cape Town city center is only a 15-minute drive away.

This comfortably furnished townhouse consists of two storeys. The first storey houses the kitchen, the lounge (with television) and an eating nook. The garden is reachable from the lounge. The second storey houses the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a single room with single bed. Directly across from this is a further small room with a sleepercouch. A second bathroom (with bath) is also located on this floor.

Outside guests will find a small garden with loungers and a braai (BBQ) area. The washing machine is situated in the garage, which can also accommodate two cars.

 Please note:

• A damage deposit of 1½ months is payable with longterm bookings
• A damage deposit of R2 500 is payable with shortterm bookings
• Both damage deposits are payable on arrival and will be returned in full on departure should no breakages have occurred
• Garage parking is included in the daily rate
• Electricity is not included in the rent
